This document contains a fitness test with sections evaluating flexibility of the hips, legs, and torso. It includes tests for sit-and-reach flexibility, V-sit flexibility, and shoulder flexibility. For each test, it provides the ratings levels for performance and associated scores/measurements for males and females. Performance is rated as excellent, very good, good, average, fair, poor, or very poor.
