Respect
Definition
• Respect is a feeling of admiration towards
people based on their achievements and their
position. Such as respecting a teacher for their
position of command
Respecting my Parents
• To better respect my parents I will
acknowledge that I heard what was being said
to me. I will also do what they ask of me
Respecting my Teachers
• To better respect my teachers I will do what I
am asked, act appropriately to my age, and
use proper grammar and spelling
Respecting people in a position of
authority
• My personal definition: An authority figure is
someone who is given the right to tell you what to
do and enforce the rules.
• I will respect an authority figure by following rules
set by them, trusting their judgment, and not
making them angry
Respecting Friends and classmates
• I will respect my friends and classmates by
helping them when needed, giving good
advice, and not distracting them while they
are trying to receive an education. Also by
cheering them up when they feel down.
