RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

Hydration clinical research
1. Hydration clinical research
•Here in CR Bridge contents we would like
to refer about hydration. Most of our body
features and systems depend on h2o.
• Water helps carry nutritional value to cells,
display out toxins from our vital organs,
eliminate spend and ensure a wet the nasal
area, ear and neck cells.
2. • Hence, not consuming enough h2o may
damage most of these features as per clinical
research.
• Sarah Cruz, 42 year old English lady and a
mother of two experienced from continuous
migraine frustration and ingestion.
3. • Her doctor and dietician recommended
she should prevent getting caffeinated
drinks and increase her water
consuming habits.
• For 28 days, Debbie took 3 liters of h2o
daily and the results were astonishing!
4. Week One: Waistline 28in, Bodyweight 8st 7lb
• Sarah discussed her local General Fractioned
on whether getting three ltrs of h2o will affect
her health.
• “I suggest you have a big jug of h2o in the
morning, then another in afternoon and another
in the evening,” he says.
5. • “Your kidney system, which filter toxic
materials from the blood before turning it to
pee, will quickly experience the benefit, as
they will be getting a good cleanse through.”
• In the first 7 days, Debbie observed that was
peeing more often, her bowels were less
tamasic, and her versatility enhanced.
6. • After the next 7 days she observed that her
frustration was gone, and even her digestive
function was enhanced. Her epidermis was less
old and wrinkly, and her skin tone was
cleaning. She also misses a lb.
• “My skin tone is improving and my skin tone
is more even. I still have facial lines under my
sight, but they look less scary and shadowy
than before.
7. • The lines on my experience are reducing, and
the black areas around my sight are less
noticeable,” she says.
• On the third 7 days she misses 50 percent as
per inches on her waist. She also noticed that
she was eating less because normal h2o with
meals was making her experience fuller faster.
Research has shown that 37% of people
usually error being dehydrated for starvation.
8. • She misses another 1lb and 50 percent inches
on the waist after it all 7 days.
• She also observed that her under eye sectors
were completely gone, and so was the
soreness.
9. • Her epidermis also became sleek and had a
younger appearance.
• “I truly can’t believe the difference in my
experience. I look like a different lady.
10. The black eye shadows around my sight have all
but vanished and the lines have gone.
My epidermis is almost as dewy as it was when I
was a child. The modification is nothing short
of amazing as per.”
And thus our CR Briclinical researchdge contents
has been completed.
