This document outlines learning objectives and content about community and organizational change, consultation, supervision, and related ethical issues. The key topics covered include: 1) the systemic properties that influence community and organizational change and eight steps for facilitating community change; 2) the importance of understanding agency systems and types of boundaries; 3) definitions and purposes of consultation and differences between inward and outward consultation; 4) differences between administrative and counseling supervision and common causes of supervisee resistance; and 5) issues of confidentiality in agencies, consultation, and supervision.
