13.Clay Animation
Animation done using clay is called Claymation
Mostly it is been done by plasticine
(Plastic clay which does not dry off)
It is the art of making clay figures move, talk, sing, dance or whatever you imagine.
Figures and props are molded from clay and are then used to tell a story. Using stop motion photography or
a series of still pictures taken with a digital camera, the frames are then run together to produce an animation.
14.Pixilation
Pixilation (from pixilated) is a stop motion technique where live actors are used as a frame-by-frame subject in an animated film,
by repeatedly posing while one or more frame is taken and changing pose slightly before the next frame or frames.
The actor becomes a kind of living stop motion puppet. This technique is often used as a way to blend live actors
with animated ones in a film, such as in The Secret Adventures of Tom Thumb by the Bolex Brothers,
which used the technique to compelling and eerie effect.
15.Sand Animation
is also known as sand art
an artist creates a series of images using sand
Using your HANDS to draw in sand on a lit
glass surface, called a light table.
Artists use positive and negative space.
Artist perform in front of an audience.
The performances
are usually a
story line.
16.Cutout Animation
Cutout animation is a unique technique for producing animations using flat characters,
props and backgrounds cut from materials such as paper, card,
stiff fabric or even photographs.

Banking review: Next generation process improvementHans Toebak
Closed-loop operational performance management - Enabling the performance dia...Hans Toebak
This point of view gives a comprehensive insight into what an operational performance management system should look like and how digital developments influence the functioning and value of such a management system. Digital developments allow for more efficient and effective operational performance management systems. Besides, organizations also increasingly become more digital in the way they operate their business which generates vast amounts of valuable data. The challenge for organizations is to unlock the value of digital developments and the data their business generates successfully and integrate this into their operational performance management system to drive its top-line growth and bottom-line profit.
Met Kaizen of Lean naar MVO? (2011), capgemini Consulting Hans ToebakHans Toebak
BPM – Business Process Management - is a discipline that attracts a lot of interest. Probably even more nowadays, because of the economic turmoil... By placing business processes on centre stage, companies can gain the capabilities they need to innovate, reenergize performance and deliver the value today’s markets demand. An enterprise where BPM is really implemented as a management discipline can make agile course corrections, embeds continuous improvement methods and reduces cumulative costs across the value chain. BPM supports the pursuit of today’s strategic initiatives, including mergers, consolidation, alliances, acquisitions, outsourcing and global expansion.
BPM discovers what you do and then manages the lifecycle of improvement and optimisation, in a way that translates directly to daily operation.
In a collaboration of Capgemini Technology and Capgemini Consulting the publication “Trends in BPM” is a collection of state-of-the-art trends Capgemini’s experts see in the BPM discipline. It includes topics like Lean, Human Centric Processes, process design for agility and Business Activity Monitoring.

Editor's Notes
Hij heet eigenlijk Friedrich Stowasser
Geboren in Wenen, Oostenrijk.
Veel keramiek in harde kleuren
Zuilen ondersteunen uitstekende delen.
