- repliesto the emails in the common mailbox
- forwards the request to an HR expert when necessary
- repliesto questions from employeesat the Welcome desk
2. Executing of administrative tasks as back office
- creates contracts, addenda and attestations
- administrative follow-up and classifiesin personal folder
- fillsin and sends legal documents for time credit requests
3. Update of personal data’s in all necessary database’s
- inputs absences in the database; illness,holiday,…
- adapts personal information in the HR database and also for the
hospitalization insurance
4. Collaboration with our client on organizational management matters in
order to keepthe structural organization up to date in the database
- performs hiring in the database
- implements CBR in the database
- adapts the database according to the instructions from HR Business Partner
5. Bring a support to HR Experts and HR managers on HR projects
- executes differenttasks followingthe project
- gives feedback to the client about the progress of HRCC tasks
- counts the coming emails and sends report to the customer
6. Handling of all external people files
- checks contracts and approves invoices
- inputs newbies, performs prolongations and exits in the database
- ensures the administrative follow-up
- creates reports and communicates them to the concerned departments
- receives information on commissions and forwards them to agencies
7. Executing of tasks to support the training logistics coordinators
- creates envelops for training organized at our client’spremises
- books training room in the calendar
- input attendances in the database after the training
2. 8. Organization of trainings for the employees of our customer
- collects all training requests and communicates the decision of HR
management
- organizes trainings with the training supplierin agreement with the HR
management decision
- organizes internal training sessionswhen requested by the customer
- ensures the logistic follow-up
- updates the training databases
- is responsible for the creation of the PR/PO
- collaborates with the customer on training projects and give feedback on the
progress of those projects
9. After-training follow-up
- inputs attendances in the database and classifiesthem
- generates and sends trainings report to Cefora in order to get
reimbursements
- checks the good follow-upof PR/PO
