1. HR Training Coordinator
1. Collection of trainings data’s for all trainings organized for the employeesof our customer
- takes contact with differenttraining stakeholders, HR managers and assistants in order to
get presence list,training date & hours, training content and information on supplier
- checks and updates training database
2. Creation of statistics and analysis reports on trainings data’s
- provides statistics and analysis for the Enterprise Committee, trade unions and HR
management
3. Training refunds management
- checks data consistency, updates training content and sends filesto Cefora for refunds
purpose
- makes the follow-upof refunds requests sent to Cefora
4. Participation to operational meetings with the customer
- collaborates with the customer in order to define and updates training processes
- gives feedback on the work done and some advices
- communicates potential issues and searches for solutions
- suggests new services or some support on new projects
