predictions have a huge impact on HR
departments and professionals
everywhere. How can HR leaders make
sure that their function not only responds
appropriately, but also creates even more
value within their organisation?
Ahead of the European HR Directors Business Summit
which takes place on the 27th and 28th May 2015 in
Barcelona, the Summit team have been asking senior HR
leaders from all over Europe about their priorities,
concerns and plans for the future.
The responses gathered reveal insights into corporate
and personal goals for the short and long term, personal
development priorities, the projects where HR budget is
being spent and companies and leaders who provide
inspiration to all. Respondents to the survey include
leaders in all areas of HR disciplines with responsibilities
all over the globe.
About the Survey
This survey was carried out in late in 2014 – with 226
senior HR professionals responding between 30th
September and 10th October.

Technology challenges, budget restrictions, evolving workforce expectations and global
economic changes are forcing companies to review their long and short term people
management strategies. Labour markets are changing, management skills of the past will
not serve in the future and more is expected of HR than ever before.
