· Academically I was Co-Founder and President of Peace Club. President of Collegiate DECA (Distributive Education Club
of America). Founder of SIFE organization (students in free enterprise). And active member of Presidents Club and
Emerging Professionals of Columbia (EPIC).These experiences taught me how to be a winner in school and be an
effective professional. For Peace Club we were awarded best Civic Club two years in a row for raising over $5,000
dollars twice. DECA I won at nationals and won the award for PresidentialAcademic Scholar. SIFE we won Rookies of

Experience
HR GENERALIST| ABC LABS |2014-2016
· Prepares source documentation for newhires, effective changes in pay, status, or benefits,etc.
· Establishes, maintains, and controls personnelfiles, correspondence, reports, and organizational charts. Answers
inquiries based on personnelfiles, such as employment verification and subpoenas.
· Ensures proper approvals on forms and enters changes into the HRIS, benefit,and payroll systems. Processes payroll
up loads and ensures accuracy of data transmitted.
· Assists in preparation for new employee orientation by confirming schedules, notifying hiring manager,management,
human resources staff of newhires, scheduling employee lunch, ensuring IS notification is complete, etc. Prepares
materials and forms for orientation including benefit packages.
· Creates benefits program including EAP (wellness program),discount program, flu program, Red-Cross event,and
benefits relations.
· Administered FMLA, LOA, EEO, ACA, Promotions, Terminations, and communication with Chief of Staff about
employment law , workers comp, 401k,and labor relations with 1099 employees all the way to senior management
· Communicates with line managers to create a strategic plan with recruitment staff.
