 Once TRILJA game was one of the favorite game in
Šibenik
 Game was played by children and adults, men and
women.
 The most commonly played by the church of Our
Lady out of City.
 There are engraved on the wall surface for the game
purpose.
 Trilja was regularly played on Sundays after morning
holy Mass.

6.  Every line had three points of contact - hence
the name of the game.
 TRILJA would be drawn on a strong cardboard
or it could be drawn with calk on flat stone
surface.
 It is like a square (about 40 x 40 cm).
 The square is divided into 3 smaller inner
squares, and the large square would be with
drawn diagonal line.

11. Tasks for CROCRO students:
 To teach and to train CZ students to play simple
TRILJA game
 Training at home of host in free time
 Students in host family need: 1 paper A4, pencil
 for one player: for example 3 buttons of the same
kind and same colour, 3 bean seeds, 3 stones or 3
something else
 for another player: also 3 buttons of same 3 things
of same kind / type just different in colour

 Eliminatory round: 16 players total / 8 couples
(8 CZ against 8 CRO player)
 Winner in the doubles goes to quarterfinals:
8 players / 4 pairs
 Quarterfinals winners couples go into the semi-
finals: 4 players/2 pairs
 Semi-finals: 4 players / 2 pairs
 Final part: 2 player / 1 pair
