Government companies since 2003. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in two majors
(Psychology and Philosophy) in May 2001 from Hofstra University, New York with departmental honors in
Psychology. She received her Masters’ (M.A.) degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology in May 2003.
She is currently involved in bringing a new change management process to the Middle East, called Whole-
System Transformation™. It is a revolutionary methodology based on large-group dynamics that creates
paradigm shifts for extraordinary business results. It is used successfully in the U.S. and Asia.
