very useful.

Calendly is an easy-to-
use scheduling
solution

that can help you
save time

and increase your
productivity.

Though not a free app,
it’s designed for
organizations

that prioritizes
productivity

and results more than
anything else.

Let’s start to use
Calendly.

Go to your browser.

On the address bar,
type this

Press Enter

Get to know
Calendly’s
homepage.

Look at this area

Click Features to know more
about Calendly

Click Pricing to see the
subscription rates

Click Integration and you will
see this

Scrolling down you will read
more info

Hover over Customer Stories

and a drop down menu will
appear

that contains clients’

Click For Teams

and you’re directed to a
contact form.

How to sign up for an
account using Gmail.

Go back to the homepage

Click Sign Up

Sign up for a 14-day trial.

Type your email address here

and hit Get Started

This screen appears

Click here

Then the Google Login page
will appear

Choose an account that you
want connected

then this screen appears

Click Allow

Then Calendly’s settings
page appears

Modify a few settings

like your username

your timezone

and your preferred
language.

Click Next

You are now in the main
dashboard.

Go to your main
dashboard

To see your personal
scheduling link

click the drop down
arrow here

then a menu will appear

Go to your main
dashboard

Click again the drop
down arrow

select Share Your Link

this box will
appear.

There are

First, copy
your link.

Click here to
copy link

and paste it
as part of an
email text.

Second, send
your link
directly

Just click this

and your
Outlook or
Office 365 will
open.

Third option is
to Embed your
link

on your
website

so that visitors
of your
website

can directly
book a
schedule with
you.

When clients
click your
scheduling link,

and fills out the details
