• Include all the subjects with equal / unequal priority.
• Tough subjects – more time and easier ones – less.
• Most importantly, allot some time for entertainment
• Keep sufficient intervals between each subject.
• Strictly follow your time table.

3. • Can anyone study well while watching TV?
• Select a place where you feel comfortable.
• That is where you feel relaxed and can concentrate.
• Concentrate on only one subject at a time.
• Study in early morning surroundings will be in silence
• Your concentration really counts.
• Never place a mirror in the study room. This will lead to
lack of concentration.
• Study facing east or more accurately North east. This
will give you great positive energy.

4. Don't study on bed or lying on a chair.
Sit straight. Keep your spinal cord straight.
Place your legs parallel to ground, a little bit raised from
the ground.
Placing the legs on the ground causes ionization and
induces sleep.
Legs raised above the head level affect the blood flow
direction and causes sleepiness.
Place the legs almost parallel to ground but a little
lower.

5. While studying make brief small notes
So that you can remember all points while doing revision
with the help of that note.
Ideal note shall include all important formulae and figures
and important points.
Use this note for the revision in last one or two hours.
If you feel tough anywhere you can refer for that portion in
text book

7. • After you have read and recited the entire chapter,
revise your material.
• Write key points on to your copy book or write them in
the margins of the text book itself
• Doing a mock test would be appropriate or write the
answers to your questions
• Do not proceed further without understanding the
matter
• Seek clarification from teacher for difficult problems
• The best time to review is when you have just finished
studying something

8. If possible Study in groups
It is particularly effective when studying for finals.
Assign each person in the study group a section of the
course to review and “teach” to the others.
Each person should develop possible test questions to
cover their section.

Eat fresh fruits
Variety of nuts
Less oily food is preferable
Eat in two stages
Drink plenty of water
Eat dark chocolate
