Instructions on how to pay your club dues on the Toastmasters International website for a corporate club.

2. How To Pay Your Club Dues
 This slide will inform you on how to pay club dues on
the Toastmasters International website.
 The below members of your club have access to this
function:
 Club President
 VP Education
 Treasurer

3. Go to https://www.toastmasters.org/

4. Click on Leadership Central
 Then Click on Club Central

5. If you forgot your password
 Click on, “Forgot
Password.”
 Enter your e-mail
address used from
your club
application.
 Click, “Submit.”

6. If you forgot your password
 Confirm the
e-mail
address
associated
with your
account.
 Click,
“Submit.”

7. If you forgot your password
 Toastmasters
will e-mail a
new password
to you. Use
your confirmed
user name and
new password
to login.
 You will be
prompted to
create a new
password.

8.  Click Your username at the top of the screen to
access your user profile.

9. Change Password
 Click on,
“Username
&
Password,”
to change
your
Password.

10. Change Password
 Enter your new
password in both
spaces.
 You will get a
message which reads,
“Your password has
been successfully
changed. Please use
your new password
when you log in next
time.”

11. Login With Your Username and Password

12. From Club Central, Click on Your Club’s Name.

13. Click on Pay Dues

14. Pay Dues For Club Members
 From the drop
down menu,
select, “equal
any date.”
 Click, “Submit.”

15. Renew Members
 Click the check
box(es) next to the
names of the
members you are
renewing.

16. Print Invoice
 If your payroll department needs an invoice to issue a
payment, print out this page with the total due on the
bottom right corner.

17. Pay By Credit Card
 Enter the
credit card
information
to pay
online.
 Click,
“Process
Payment.”

18. To Mail Payments
 If your payroll department wishes to mail a check,
the payment can be sent to:
Toastmasters International
Attn: Membership Services

Rancho Santa Marguerita 92688
Be sure to include your club number, name, and area
on the check for processing.

19. Phone Payments
 Your Payroll Department can make a payment over
the phone by contacting Toastmasters International
1 (949) 858-8255

20. Print Receipts
 Be sure to print out payment receipts for your club
records or request Toastmasters International to
mail / e-mail a receipt to you.
