1. This document provides instructions for new members of ClubSportal on how to access and use key features on their team page. It outlines how to view the team roster and upcoming events, edit a profile, access evaluations from coaches, and send and receive messages. 2. The messaging system allows members to communicate with multimedia messages. Instructions are given on accessing the inbox and sending new messages to other members. 3. Content and information can be easily shared with the whole club using the share features available on activities, practices, seasons plans and more. The send message feature allows communication to specific teams or the entire club.

1. Welcome!
Congratulations on becoming a member of ClubSportal, and welcome to your Team Page! As a Team
Member this is your starting point for access to your Team’s information. It provides you quick
information about your team, including the Team Roster and upcoming Team events. Your Team
Administrator or Manager will post new Team information here and share that information with you
through your Locker.

2. Editing Your Profile
You may have joined ClubSportal yourself and created a Team or Club, or you may have been invited to
join by your Club or Team Administrator or Manager. Either way, you may wish to change your
username, contact information, password or other information about yourself. All of this is contained
in your profile.

profile, click the cog
wheel in the upper
right and select
“Edit.”

click “Update” to save your
changes.

3. Viewing Evaluations
Evaluations are a critical part of the development process. With just a few clicks, ClubSportal allows
coaches to create Evaluations for each player and share them directly through the system.
When a coach creates an evaluation for you or your player, you will receive an email notification,
letting you know that a new evaluation is available for your review. To view the evaluation:

wish to view, and that
Evaluation will be displayed.

4. Working with Messages, Part 1
ClubSportal’s powerful messaging system lets you keep in touch with all members of your Club.
Whether your coach wants to send you a video to watch or you want to congratulate your teammates
on a great win, the messaging system allows you to send, receive and store multimedia messages.
To get started with the messaging system, click the “Message” icon at the top of your screen.

5. Working with Messages, Part 2
Use the “Received” and “Sent” buttons to toggle back and forth between message types in your
mailbox. The left pane will show a list of received or sent messages in your mailbox. Clicking on a
message will show its content in the right pane.

6. Working with Messages, Part 3
1. To send a message to another member, click “New Message.”
2. Enter the username or email address of the member to whom you would like to send the
message. You may enter multiple users and save the user list as a distribution group for future
messages.
3. Create a subject line and message, including multimedia content, and click “Send.”

7. Sharing Content and Information among Members
ClubSportal’s power isn’t limited to creating content for yourself; ClubSportal
provides the means for you to Share everything you do with the rest of your
club.
ClubSportal makes it easy to share your Activities, Practices, Season Plans
and Curriculums with other coaches or your Team’s parents and players.
Wherever you see the “Share” link or the Sharing icon ,
just click on it to share your content with others.
You can also use the “Send Message” feature on the Club page or on a Team
page to send a message to your club or team members. Just look for the
“Send Message” button .
