1. Forward tickets to another
account
We understand that sometimes, you may not be able to make it to a
Coyote football or basketball game due to various reasons. We want to
make sure that forwarding your tickets to an end user is easy.
If you are looking for steps to claim your tickets, proceed to step 7.
3. Step 2
If you have used our online ticketing system before, enter your username and password and click “sign in”
If you have not used the online system previously, enter your email under “I Need an Account” and click
“Continue”. You can also call our ticket office at (605) 677-5959
5. Step 4
You will find your season tickets loaded onto this page. Click on the advance button to begin the
transfer process.
6. Step 5
Enter the email address you wish to send your tickets to. The system will automatically search to
see if they have an account with us. If not, be sure to completely fill out the recipient’s email,
first name, and last name.
7. Step 6
Select the tickets you wish to transfer. Once you confirm your advance, an email will be sent to
the recipient of your tickets.
8. Step 7: To Claim Your Advanced Tickets
An email was automatically sent to you that includes your login credential. Log in to your account
and click “My Tickets”.
9. Your advanced ticket will be available to print from home or pulled up on your mobile phone to
scan at the door.
