Ingredients (Mint)
• 1 oz of Bacardi Rum
• ½ oz of Peppermint Schnapps
• 5-7 Mint Leaves
• 4 Lime Slices
• 1 oz of Simple Syrup
• 3-4 oz of Soda
• Splash of Lime Cordial

• 1 oz of Bacardi Rum
• ½ oz of Sour Berry
• 4-5 Mint Leaves
• 3 Lime Slices
• 2 Tea Spoons of Berries
• ½ oz of Simple Syrup
• 3 oz of Soda
• Splash of Lime Cordial
Place mint and/or berries with
simple syrup, in a rocks glass and
muddle them. Squeeze and add
lime slices, then add the alcohol
and stir. Fill glass about 2/3 from
the top with crushed ice and stir
again. Top off with soda.
