it is also harmful to company’s goodwill. It is a fact that if you are a consumer and you may not
become pleased by purchasing a defective product. It is not always a prime factor for
manufacturers to gain profit by delivering defective products to consumers. Hence, they become
more conscious of improving quality standards by implementing various quality methods in the
production process. A good quality product is the constant good practice and mutual fruitful
efforts of all concern people like staffs, workers, and management. Nowadays renowned
companies do not compromise with any quality issue.

1) Make available on job training to all employees to be skilled. Continued study, research
facility, training program, motivation, and follow-up will help the quality team to overcome the

2) Assign a well-trained quality inspector to do mobile inspection on each floor.
