1. CUSTOM AUDIENCE
Once you have asked your customers their permission to receive your company’s
promotional content (via email, sms, social media, etc.) and thus collected their
contact information, you can upload a list (spreadsheet .csv) of emails and phone
numbers on Facebook to create a custom audience:

2. LOOKALIKE AUDIENCES
Once Facebook has your custom audience ready, you can create
your lookalike audience. in other words, Facebook’s software can
“clone” your 100-200 list of customers into a 1MM or
2MM similar Facebook users:
3. SAVED AUDIENCE
Once Facebook has your lookalike audience ready, you can create your saved
audience. in other words, you can define your targeted audience (for example,
to make your 2mm audience into 10k people) by including and excluding
interests similar to your current customers have about your business or
products:
4. CREATE APPEALING CONTENT
The last step will be to make appealing content to create the ads will bring you
more sales. Whether those are videos, photos, gifs, or traditional ads, you need
to make your saved audience identify with the promotional material you
provide. Thus, they can buy your goods and develop brand loyalty.
