- Power: The HoloLens 2 features a Snapdragon 850 processor, providing more power
for MR content.
- FOV: the field of view has been extended to 52° (compared to 30° for the first
HoloLens) for more immersive mixed reality experiences.
- Battery life: the battery has a battery life of 3 hours, while the HoloLens has a
battery life of 2.5 hours
- Comfort: According to Microsoft, the headset is more comfortable to wear for the
user. It is also lighter. It now features a lift-up visor, allowing you to easily switch
from mixed reality to the real world without removing the helmet.
