1. HOW TO COOK
STRAWBERRY SORBET

2. Ingredients
• Strawberry
• Lemon
• Sugar
• Peppermint

3. 1 step
Wash
strawberries
and cut into
slices about 3-
5 mm. Three
or four berries
leave for
decoration.

4. 2 step
Put strawberry in bowl and pour sugar.
Add lemon juice
and 25 ml of
water.
Leave for
at least
fifteen
minutes to
strawberry
sugar and
let the
juice.

5. 3 step
Shake up
strawberry
blender until
a uniform
puree.
You can
filter it if
you want.

6. 4 step
Pour the puree
into a container.
Put it in the
freezer for an
hour. After that
carefully stir it.
And again put
in the freezer
for 3-4 hours.
Repeat the
process and put in
the freezer for all
night.

7. 5 and final step
Using a spoon to form sorbet balls. Put it on plates.
Decorate it with slices of strawberries and finely chopped
fresh peppermint
