This document provides an overview of how to build a startup using a Business Model Canvas. The Business Model Canvas contains 9 building blocks that make up 2 main sections - the customer interface and the business architecture. The customer interface focuses on understanding customer needs and identifying key customer segments. The business architecture section covers the remaining 6 building blocks - value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, and key activities. Examples are also provided to illustrate how the Business Model Canvas can be applied.
