H.pyroli means helicobacter pylori.it is a gram negative bacteria. it belongs to the family of
helicobactereace. It is decided in two subgroups. First is gastric helecobacter species and anthor
is enterohepatic species. Gastric helecobacter pyroli is responsible for producing ulcer in
stomach. Gastric helecobacter species adapted to the inhospitable condition found to be on upper
line of gastric mucosa,and it is thought that stomach of all the mamalia can be colonized by the
genas of h.pylori. all h.pylori are urase positive and highly mobile by means of flegella. Urase
are responsible for the short time survival in the gastric acidic media where the rapid motility due
to flegella towards the more neutral pH. This two prime factor responsible for the adoption of
h.pylori in to gastric environment.once it enters in to the nature pH region means liner of tissue
than it creates colonization, which is responsible for the rapid growth in tissue. The motility is
the chemotactic towards the bicarbonate. Spiral morphology and flegella are responsible for the
penetration of bacteria inside the mucous membranes. Urase is responsible for the production of
ammonia and nutrition absorption from the body by Collony leads to formation of ulcer.
The drugs available to treat ulcer produce by h. Pylori is the 7 day regimen of amoxicillin,
clarithromycin,lancoprazol. The second line therapy include amoxicillin,
lancoprazole,levofloxacin. 10 to 14 days regimen include omeprazole, amoxicillin and
clarithromycin for 10 days. 14 days include Bismuth subsalicylate, metronidazole and
tetracycline. If the persistent H. Pylori infection is there than 7 days regimen of 400 mg
moxifloxacin qd, 1000mg amoxicillin bid, and 20 mg esmoprazol bid is used. Although
resistance strain required more effort to traet. In such case nitroimidazole containing derivative
are mostly used..

(a) Right of entry; right to set stakes.- Civil engineers, land surveyors, real estate appraisers, and
their assistants acting on behalf of the State or of any of its instrumentalities or any body politic
or corporate having the power of eminent domain after every real and bona fide effort to notify
the owner or occupant in writing with respect to the proposed entry may:
(1) Enter on any private land to make surveys, run lines or levels, or obtain information relating
to the acquisition or future public use of the property or for any governmental report,
undertaking, or improvement;
(2) Set stakes, markers, monuments, or other suitable landmarks or reference points where
necessary; and
(3) Enter on any private land and perform any function necessary to appraise the property.
(b) Order to permit entry.- If any civil engineer, surveyor, real estate appraiser, or any of their
assistants is refused permission to enter or remain on any private land for the purposes set out in
subsection (a) of this section, the person, the State, its instrumentality, or the body politic or
corporate on whose behalf the person is acting may apply to a law court of the county where the
property, or any part of it, is located for an order directing that the person be permitted to enter
on and remain on the land to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes authorized by this
section.
(c) Damage to or destruction of property.- If a civil engineer, surveyor, real estate appraiser, or
any of their assistants enters on any private land under the authority of this section or any court
order passed pursuant to it, and damages or destroys any land or personal property on it, the
owner of the property has a cause of action for damages against the civil engineer, surveyor, real
estate appraiser, or assistant and against the State, its instrumentality, or the body politic or
corporate on whose behalf the person inflicting the damage was acting.
(d) Obliterating, damaging, or removal of stake or marker.- Any landowner or other person who
willfully obliterates, damages, or removes any stake, marker, monument, or other landmark set
by any civil engineer, surveyor, or real estate appraiser or any of their assistants acting pursuant
to this section, except if the stake, marker, monument, or other landmark interferes with the
proper use of the property, is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be fined not more
than $500.
(e) Obstructing a person acting under court order.- Any person who has knowledge of an order
issued pursuant to subsection (b) and who obstructs any civil engineer, surveyor, real estate
appraiser, or any of their assistants acting under the authority of the order may be punished as for
contempt of court.
(f) Entry to make test borings and soil tests in Anne Arundel or Montgomery counties, or

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
