Technology has made things that were previously impossible now possible and has made our lives easier. Three key technologies that have affected people are email which allows for fast, easy, and free worldwide communication including attachments and messages; mobile phones which enable texting, apps, and accessing the internet anywhere, anytime including for photos; and the internet which provides easy access to information, entertainment, research, and social networks as well as online shopping. While technology has changed how people live their lives today compared to the past, it is debated whether this is entirely a good thing.
