2. I know that juicing, like any
other habit, can be hard to
develop.
Don’t worry, I created this
presentation to help you
out.
Here are some tips for
you…
7. Remember to track what you know about you:
How much juice you drink, your weight.
Compare the data from this week to data from
the previous.
Analyze if you are making progress.
Decide how much effort you need to do to make
progress, if you are currently not.
10. You can choose the classic way
1. Think about when you get home
2. Use your smartphone ( or any other device )
to set a timer for 30 minutes after you get
home
3. When it’s time to get juicing, just do it. If
someone interrupts, just tell them to wait.
Respect your habits!
11. Or do it the smarter way
• It’s easier to create a habit by tying it to
another.
• Think about something that you do often.
Let’s say, for example, showering.
• Now, after each shower (or at least in the
morning), go and prepare yourself a glass of
juice.
12. 4. Make a 30 day challenge
• If do something for 30 days, straight, without
cheating, you can consider it a habit.
• Make a plan for your 30 day challenge
• Remember to start easy. In the first week,
drink only a glass of juice. After each week,
add another glass per day
13. Write a calendar for your
challenge and mark with an X
each successful day.
14. I created an image for you,
if you wish to print it.
It’s actually for 4 weeks,
but it works the same.
