This document lists and describes several tools that can be used to house an online training module: Google Sites, Weebly, CourseSites/Blackboard, Edmodo, and Padlet. These tools provide websites, classes, or virtual spaces to contain all module content, links, and directions. Support and tutorials are available for each tool listed.

1. Tools to House Your Module
These tools can serve as your
home base. All of your content,
links, directions, etc will be
contained within one of these

2. Google Sites
 You are already familiar with google
sites from using it throughout our A oʻ
Kumu courses.

 This is another website builder

education component that allows you to
manage student accounts and collect work

4. CourseSites and Blackboard
 CourseSites is run by and similar to Blackboard but
free

training module

5. Edmodo
 You may be familiar with edmodo from our
PLN unit in Ke Kumu.

 Works like an online sheet of paper where
you can put any content (e.g. images, videos,
