Biden has proposed his own made-in-America manufacturing
plan, and pledges to spend more than $700 billion on
American-made products and industrial research.
Congressional Democrats recently passed their America LEADS
or “LEADS Act” that provides for a very significant amount of
new investments across the federal budget to rebuild the U.S.
economy and provide for new competitive skills training and
investment in American workers, entrepreneurs, researchers,
and manufacturers. The cost and investments outlined in the
LEADS Act could reach more than $350 billion in new funding
to help enhance, coordinate, and mobilize all aspects of U.S.
national comprehensive power.

Pledges $20 billion in grants for states to reduce social ills like illiteracy and child
abuse in exchange for scaling back mandatory-minimum sentences.
Pledges that his Cabinet, judicial appointments, like his running mate will reflect the
fullness of the country’s diversity.
