The night prior or the morning of the CJM call to confirm your guests are
coming by asking “Hi __ can you help me out? I am really excited about my
Coffee & Jazz Mixer but I’ve invited a bunch people and I am not certain I
will have enough coffee cups. (or you can use spoons, sugar, milk…) Can
you help me out and bring an extra coffee cup to the meeting for me?

attending if they live in the area or calling in by
phone or skype. You want to let your sponsor
answer questions, especially if you are just getting

Before your prospects arrive, have some light music playing in
the background. When your guests get to your home, greet them
warmly and immediately take their order and offer them an OG
product (coffee, tea or hot chocolate…)
Offer a beverage to EVERYONE! If they don’t want coffee offer
them tea or hot chocolate... Trying one of our beverages during
the meeting is an integral part of your success.
