Tubular Daylighting System:
Lightpipe™ is an innovative technology for daylight transportation and Energy efficiency. This tubular daylighting system can capture ambient Sunlight when mounted on roof top or side wall of the buildings. The collected light is ‘piped’ through pipes or ducts to longer distance up to 12 metre (40 feet). The transported light is delivered to the end light diffuser into the space. The light coming out of light diffuser is refreshingly without heat or glare.
• Well suited for all industrial buildings & warehouses
• Uniform Daylighting 8-10 hrs. /day
• Reduction of Energy usage
• Zero maintenance
• No heat transfer
• Co2 emission reduction

The Government Housing White Paper: “Fixing Our Broken Housing Market” (February 2017) states there are insufficient housing numbers in England. It identifies a three-fold problem: “not enough local authorities planning for the homes they need; house building that is simply too slow; and a construction industry that is too reliant on a small number of big players.” The solutions identified are summarised as being to build homes in the right places, faster and to diversify the housing market. R&M Property Groups are uniquely designed to meet all of these challenges. We only use ethically sourced and free trade products in our factory's. Introduction
Design & Build
This proposal presents our vision for
a holistic scheme of work that creates
a series of people centered spaces
through architecture that integrates
sensitively with the existing building,
garden and landscape.
We provide a full project management
service including the revision of the
planning application, management of
building regulations, all surveys and
civil engineering and Construction &
Design and Management compliance
(CDM) in accordance with Health and
Safety Executive (HSE) regulations.
The design narrative is inspired
by themes of peace, healing and
acceptance and we have created
fluid, light, indoor and outdoor rooms
that work with and frame the beautiful
natural environment.
The scheme supports your wide
range of palliative care and support
services by offering life enriching
environments that help ensure
patients and carers feel comfortable,
valued and safe. In addition to the
brief, we have thought about the
needs of children and young people
and have created a space that offers
them opportunities to participate in a
range of horticultural activities.
“Look deep into nature and then you
will understand everything better.”
Albert Einstein
If commissioned we would be
delighted to prioritise Kemp Hospice
and would work within your timeline
and complete before the end of
March 2014. We would like to
have access to the site from mid
September this year and would plan
carefully and work very sensitively to
ensure the day-to-day services you
offer are not disrupted or disturbed.
The majority of the construction
work would be carried out off-site
in our workshops and brought in
for assembly, minimising the impact
upon your services.
We are committed to engaging with
staff, patients and relevant stakeholders
and would like to collaborate with them.
We can offer creative workshops
that provide opportunities for people
to share ideas and suggestions for
consideration into the final plans.
We will create three rooms with linked
exterior spaces that meet the needs
of everyone in your community.
We have a space for counselling, a
sanctuary for chaplaincy (and other
spiritual services) and a versatile room
for business, social and recreational
use with a linked outdoor terrace.
We would also maintain regular
communication throughout the
project and support your efforts to
share it publicly and would document
the whole process with high quality
photography and film that you could
use to share this process.
We are proposing a ‘Creative Pavilion’
as a replacement for the existing
concrete shed. We would like young
people to be involved in the design
of this facility and would envisage a
beautiful space that would become a
base for horticultural activities.

6. The Outdoor Room
19m² of covered deck for social
and recreational purposes. Perfect
for meetings, conversations and
barbeques and refreshments.
1. The Peace Building
A 39m² versatile space allowing for
a wide range of business, social and
recreational activities.
7. The Sanctuary Garden
44m² of private sensory garden
space, designed and planted for
tranquility, serenity and reflection.
2. The Sanctuary Building
A 20m² space designed for
chaplaincy services and a range

3. The Healing Room
A 12.25m² room created for one
to one meetings and counselling
conversations.
4. The Creative Pavillion
A flexible space for horticultural
and gardening activities that
incorporates a storage facility,
an orangery, seating and raised
planting beds.
5. The Hope Walkway
A corridor that links the existing
building to all of the new indoor
and outdoor spaces. A consistent
floor level throughout the scheme
links all of the indoor and outdoor
spaces fluidly. The corridor
features light wells and uses the
existing exterior wall as an internal
feature with the opposite wall
being finished in white enabling
the space to become a gallery.
Ambience
All spaces have plenty of natural light
(with integrated blinds) and feature
views into the garden, whilst sensitively
retaining an element of privacy.
8. The Sculpture Garden
An inspiring series of artisan
sculptures created from natural
materials that frame the beauty
of nature and raise the aesthetic
appreciation of the natural
environment.

9. Fire Exit
An additional fire exit easily
accessable from the Peace
and Sanctuary buildings with
approprate signage in place.
10. Car Parking Space
Retention of the existing single
vehicle parking bay.
11. Access Point
Ramped access to the existing
building. Access to and from all
aspects of the scheme of work
are fully DDA compliant.
Conservation
Our ecological site survey will prevent
disturbance of the biodiversity on the
site. All mature trees will remain in
place and the majority of the existing
planting will be retained.
