Medicare will fully fund home care services if a patient meets four criteria: 1) their doctor decides they need medical care at home, 2) they need skilled nursing care or physical/speech therapy, 3) they are homebound, and 4) the home care agency is Medicare-approved. St. Francis Home Care is Medicare-approved. The document then provides details on the types of services St. Francis Home Care provides, including skilled nursing care, occupational and physical therapy, and social work services to help patients recover from illnesses or injuries at home.

are still allowed to attend all
medical appointments, church
services, some family gatherings
