January 2005 – August 2005:Program Manager/Technical Writer/Editor Matrikon International, Houston, Texas Worked directly for the Regional Manager of a major international industrial software development corporation. Responsibilities included planning, development, assembly and analysis of documentation for special studies and projects in support of Regional Manager. Also developed, edited, and published computer operations manuals for Matrikon’s computer software applications. Worked with programmers, technicians, and engineers in order to ensure all sections and paragraphs were logically sequenced,and presented a clear thought process that can be easily understood by each user of the manual.
