This document provides information on important historical figures from Slovakia. It discusses several rulers, religious figures, writers and artists who significantly contributed to Slovak history and culture. Some of the personalities presented include Pribina, the first Christian ruler of Nitra; Cyril and Methodius, who created the first Slavic alphabet; and Ľudovít Štúr, who standardized the Slovak language. It also mentions cultural influences like the Habakuky fairy tale village created by Pavol Dobšinský. Paintings of some of these figures by the presenting students are included.
