  • 6. Key Performance Indicators HIPF KPIs KPIs are key performance indicators which measure progress of improvement towards our objectives. They are quantifiable measurements. With extensive brainstorming and workshops, HIPF selected 6 KPIs which are indicators telling whether the Institute is moving in the right direction towards the goals or not .

  • 10. Purpose: Measure HIPF trainees’ satisfaction with programs and institute services. 2. Trainee Satisfaction Survey asks all trainees (except for the first semester trainees at the time of surveying) about their satisfaction level with different elements that fall under three main categories:  Quality of Program  Institute Services Institute Facilities & Resources. HIPF score based on overall satisfaction with the three main categories of the survey. Key Performance Indicators
