Why Entertainment Business?
There seems to be a shortage of
entertainment industry professionals, who
are genuinely passionate about fulfilling the
markets demand for discovering original and
uniquely marketable talent.

I believe that music is a universal key to
communication. It transcends all barriers
and allows people to build long lasting
relationships through enlightenment. These
facts about the culture and many more are
what draw my interest to the music
publishing sector of the industry.

My name is Taryn Hill. I am here to restore
the passion and drive needed in the music
publishing business to successfully discover
the future icons of songwriting and music
production.

My Story
I’m more than confident that I have a unique
combination of experience and abilities that
can bring value to any major music
publishing company.

My Story
I have always been intrigued by the creative
arts. As an aspiring entrepreneur It is very
important to me to continue developing and
mastering communication skills needed to
build professional and personal relationships
that are sustainable.

Early on as a child my
mother exposed me to
a diverse selection of
entertainment culture.

I was comfortable taking the lead with creative
activities amongst family members. I would
bring my siblings together to engage in
activities such as dance choreography,
songwriting, and improve acting etc.

As time passed and I had opportunity to
mature I realized that I wanted to be a curator,
talent developer, and talent manager with in
the entertainment world. From that point on I
knew that the foundation of my career path
would be discovering new talent and giving
them a worldwide platform on which they can
share their gifts.

By my early teen years I had discovered how
much I enjoyed sports, creative arts, and
performing arts. There was no feeling like the
sense of satisfaction I would get from
participating in those activities.

When I reached middle school I had begun
teaching myself how to produce music and
write full songs. I had plethora of ideas on
how to improve the music I would hear on
commercial radio and that led to me engaging
in learning how to produce and write a well
rounded song.

Once I reached high school I had enough
experience in the music scene to know that I
wanted to learn the intricacies of the business
side. This would ultimately help me to become
more well prepared to offer trustworthy
professional guidance to aspiring talent in the
music publishing business.

Once I came to the conclusion that I wanted to
learn how the business side of the
entertainment industry works, I then knew
that I would eventually want to start a career
with a major music publishing company and
work my way to an executive position.

unity to achieve desired results.

always been one to excel in fast paced

Community Involvement
I participated in the junior achievement
program to help mentor at risk youth
and teach them what it means have
good morals and values to set as
standard for their lives.
