Exploration
Identity
• I was born in Staten Island. Yet, by the time I was in third grade I had
lived in all five of the boroughs New York City has to offer and moved to
the rural area of Upstate New York. As I fished up my associates degree
in Music Industry: Performance concentration I had moved around
twenty-three time!
• I was never able to solidify a friendship with anyone because I move
around so often. So I found my friends in books, movies and tv shows
and eventually writing some of my own.
• When you feel like you have no one, some one who you feel can relate
and understand you can make you feel not so alone. And not feeling
alone can change a lot of people’s lives. The relationship between an
artist and a fan is ever powerful. Not only do you give the people a friend,
but the artist always gains a friend. It’s a two-way street. I’m high
qualified to create the connections that are needing to make this
happen.

I think the Keye Putnam quiz, brand archetype
helped me better understand how I want to be
branded personally. I can to relate to other and
motivate and inspire My two top Brand Archetypes
that I resonated with the most in the results are 31%
Entertainer and 23% Creator.I use to have YouTube
videos of myself singing and I also use to write songs
as well as short stories. It led me to researching how
to come a star and struck my curiosity for the
business side; ultimately leading my down the path
of getting this degree in entertainment business. I
want to own my very own management company’s
where artist of all kind wants, and needs come before
the money. I feel like because I started out wanting to
be an artist myself, and then descended ending up
on the business

Which Customer needs to know me ?
I’m looking for artist of all kinds and of
all genres. From singers, songwriters,
actors, models and even writers.
Qualifications are as followed:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Portfolio of your work
• A degree in your field and/or prior
training in your field of work will be an
add plus to the decision in your hiring.
I’m looking for professional passionate
artist who have a story to look tell. I
hope to find an artist that’s story can be
expressed in way that can change lives.

CAREER GOALS
• SHORT TERM: After I Graduate from Full Still University mid-year 2021; I plan on using my
recourses that the school has given me to either already have or get an internship. I want to
intern at a place that I can gain hands on experience in my chosen industry interest. Weather
that Internship is paid or not doesn’t matter to me. I don’t mind working part time elsewhere
to pay my bills. I will always be working on my branding at this time as I plan on starting a blog
and becoming a  "blogebrity” / “cyberstar” / “online celebrity”. I want to write about reviews on
television shows, movies, music, books, and clothing. Around 2026-2031, I plan on being done
with my internship. I will work hard to gain everything I need at this sage in my career in order
to jump right on into an actual job that aligns with my main career goal, owning my own
management company.
• MID-TERM: By this stage in my career I have had gain hands on experience and got all the
training I’ve needed in order to put my skills to action. This is were I plan on getting a job at a
record label as an A&R or at a Management company as a agent. During this time I plan on
gaining fund to profit my company and networking with other industry leaders who I can
learn from while also doing my main job, connecting the artist to the fans. I feel as though
another 5 to 10 years in this stage of my life as well.
• LONG TERM: In 15 to 20 years I plan starting my management company “Dynasty”. I want
Dynasty to be an all female run company who’s core mission statement is to find an artist
that’s story can be expressed in way that can change lives; in a way that doesn’t change the
artist.

Before my journey at Full Sail I
had an associate degree in
Music Industry: Performance
Concentration where I learned
the artist side of the industry. For
example, music theory where I
learned how to listen and write
music the correct way. Or
Introduction to Audio and Music
Production class, where I learned
how to use the recording studio
and created things like music
and scoring. I take many classes
that helped me understand the
artist beyond a management
standpoint. Not to mention my
jobs in retail/customer service
that gave me great skills list in
my resume.
Brand Position
Entertainment has a big influence on our everyday lives. Weather it is a
movie, song, fashion show, or book; art gives people a sense of
compassion, understanding, and love in a way that’s like none other. So
much so that the artist creating this art becomes a friend I your head.
They went by the names of Christina Aguilera, Evanescence, and
Chance the Rapper! They were the kind of friends you didn’t see
everyday but they were there when you needed them, the friend that
knows what your feeling; even when you don’t know exactly how to
explain yourself. When you feel like you have no one, some one who
you feel can relate and understand you can make you feel not so alone;
and not feeling alone can change a lot of people’s lives. The relationship
between an artist and a fan is a very powerful thing. Not only do you
give the people a friend, but the artist always gains a friend. It’s a two-
way street.I have the skills sets and burning passion to connect the
artist to the people in a way that can change lives for the better.

Weather it is a movie, song, fashion show, or book; art gives people a sense of compassion, understanding, and love in a way that’s like none other. So much so that the artist creating this art becomes a friend I your head. They went by the names of Christina Aguilera, Evanescence, and Chance the Rapper! They were the kind of friends you didn’t see everyday but they were there when you needed them, the friend that knows what your feeling; even when you don’t know exactly how to explain yourself. When you feel like you have no one, some one who you feel can relate and understand you can make you feel not so alone; and not feeling alone can change a lot of people’s lives. The relationship between an artist and a fan is a very powerful thing. Not only do you give the people a friend, but the artist always gains a friend.
