Martin Luther King Jr was an inspirational man who helped save lives through his
activism in the mid 1950s. He was passionate in his non violent protests, which
helped to raise awareness of racial inequalities in America. All of his passionate

Throughout William Shakespeare s tragedy Macbeth, the characters of Macbeth and
Lady Macbeth develop profoundly differently over the course of the play. Macbeth s
character transforms from a noble hero to an ambitious, blood thirsty murderer. When
Macbeth is on the battlefield, he is heroic and brave by defeating the traitors of
King Duncan and the Norwegian Army, and he is crowned as Thane of Cawdor.
Later in the play, Macbeth cold heartedly murders his King, a woman and her
children, and his own beloved friend. This illustrates Macbeth s drastic
transformation from a hero to a murderer. On the contrary, Lady Macbeth changes
from a manipulative, ruthless wife, and an accomplice to murder, into a guilt ridden,
and a paranoid madwoman who commits suicide. When Lady Macbeth and her
husband are quarrelling, she insults her husband s manliness to make him commit the
murder of Duncan. Later in the play, Lady Macbeth deeply suffers from her guilt,
that she becomes mad. Lady Macbeth constantly sleepwalks and washes her hands of
the imaginary blood of her husband s victims and of her ambition. It is evident that
over the course of Shakespeare s tragedy Macbeth, Lady Macbeth and Macbeth

directed and starring Clint Eastwood, as William Munny, is in the genre of a
western in the late 1800 s. It has a basic theme that we are still making movies

The buildings were dark, small and gloomy on the inside and due to the fact that
the majority of the movie took place in the nighttime hours and it was stormy more
than not, the outside was just as gloomy as the inside. The lighting was minimal as
it would have been back then bringing mood with it. The foreshadowing of the
stormy weather worked in making this movie what it was, the rain seemed to let
you know when something was coming. As much as the wilderness scenery was
beautiful, I found it downplayed by the drab colors of the costumes and the non
use of color throughout the entire film. It seemed as though the only time color
was used was determined by what that particular scene was about. For instance, as
English Bob came into town the only item of color was the drab red of the
stagecoach, so we knew whoever was in that stagecoach was going to become an
important character to a scene coming up, everything else was a muted earth tone
of tan, brown, green and blue. As stated in our text a director may simply let their
settings just be a backdrop and let the action of that scene take over. (Boggs Petrie,
2008, pg. 374) This was exactly how this movie was told; it focused on the story
instead of glamorizing it with colorful costumes and scenery. We needed to see the

In today s society, parents throughout the United States differ on their views
towards children s toys. Some children face different options and consequences
when wanting a toy from the opposite gender section. Occasionally, you will see in
