In 2008, Harvard Group International began a partnership with
ThyssenKrupp Steel USA as they were beginning the $4B Greenfield
start-up of their new organization in Alabama. Bob Soulliere, the
President/CEO of this new organization, had previously been the
President of ThyssenKrupp Automotive NA, and we completed over
20 senior level search projects for him at that subsidiary. He asked us
to team with him to build this new organization, which at the time
consisted of only Mr. Soulliere and the CFO. By the end of 2010, the
company will start production and grow to over 3,000 employees,
with Harvard Group International responsible for recruiting the key
executive and management staff. Key executives and managers
recruited to the new organization include:
Sales Team Manager of IDS Sales
Team Manager of Cold Rolled Products
Team Manager of Specialty Products
Team Manager of Customer Technical Service, Alabama
Team Manager of Customer Technical Service, Michigan
Team Manager of Sales Coordination, Michigan
