Jenn Lim, CEO of Delivering Happiness, gave a presentation on building a culture of happiness in business. She discussed how her own experiences with loss and finding meaning through happiness led her to create Delivering Happiness. Research shows that focusing on culture, vision, and higher purpose can lead to increased sales, productivity, engagement and profits for companies. Jenn outlined frameworks and lessons learned about prioritizing happiness from Zappos' business model and applying these concepts to other companies and organizations.
