1. Reflection on the video (the heart of a teacher)
 Teachers are the ultimate role models for students. A great
teacher always has compassion for their students,
understanding of their students' personal lives, and
appreciation for their academic goals and achievements.
Teachers are role models for children to be positive, always
try harder, and reach for the stars.
2. How will you connect your reflection of the video with "in
education, there is no product recall"?
 We as a teacher, students look upon us as their role
models. Teachers teach not only academic
knowledge but other things students need to learn
in real life. Morals and ethics too. We should
perform our duties & responsibilities
wholeheartedly to produce the best learners.
3. What is your role as a teacher to avoid product recall?
 Being a teacher, according to the video the subject taught is
not what matters most but how you teach your students. We
must keep in mind that the learners are unique in their own
way. One student is different from the other, the way we
approach them will also differ, which will help them bring
out the best of them.
4. What is the role of the leader to avoid product
recall?
 First, a leader should set a goal and perform things that are aligned to the goals set by the
institution. The leader should see the big picture of what he wants to achieve. He/she should
serve as the guide to the teachers to develop better learners. A leader should lead in a way
that motivates the teachers. And if problems arise he/she should be open to any possible
solutions from the teachers/staff around him. He has a good heart who understands his/her
teachers.
 Leading Strategically, Managing School Operations and Resources, Focusing on Teaching and
Learning, Developing Self and Others, Building Connections
 It takes a community to raise a child.
5. Among the components of the institutional development
framework, which can be immediately done? Why?
 I think it is a policy that can be done immediately. These policies will
govern the institution in the implementation of programs to achieve
institutional goals. I believe that these policies are a product of
assessment of the extent of implementation of institutional services
and collaborative efforts of the administrators and stakeholders. Thus,
this set of policies serves as a guide for all program implementers on
what projects to initiate to achieve institutional goals considering all
other components of the framework in the journey.
6. How is this framework applicable in achieving our
mandate as educational leaders?
 We, as educational leaders, are expected to perform our duty to provide
quality education and ensure lifelong learning. The institutional development
framework aims to provide holistic progress. I am referring to holistic here as
covering all areas included in effective management and implementation.
Policies that guide the institution on what to implement, how and when,
organizational structure which promotes accountability and improvement,
image enhancing which ensures that the institution is serving its purpose,
commitment and cooperation which will make all other components
achievable, capacity building to help the people in the organization perform
their duties by addressing their needs and funds which will put all the plans
into realization.
