Find the
best talent
for open
position(s)
Deliver 3-5
top
candidates
Executing the Search
1. We work every day to develop and maintain the
strongest recruiting network in the industry.
2. We talk to thousands of candidates every month and
consider ourselves well-connected.
3. This network allows us to bring opportunities to
candidates like you, as well as deliver top talent to our
clients.
Recruiter Interviews
NOTE: These are industry-standard questions. We will work with you to address any questions or concerns you may have.
A.Are you a strong fit for this role, and why?
A.What is it about this opportunity that attracts you?
A.What is your current compensation, and what are your
compensation expectations?
A.Can you meet the travel requirements of the role?
A.If the position requires relocation, what is your current situation
(willingness to relocate, home owner vs renter, employed spouse, etc.)?
A.Are you authorized to work for our Client, or do you require sponsorship?
A.What makes you uniquely qualified for this opportunity?
During the initial phone screen with strong candidates, we ask for your
resume/CV and the following questions:
Candidate Submittal
We understand that this can be a trying time and we
appreciate your patience in anticipation of feedback.
We are in touch with
clients regularly, and
we will push to get
feedback as soon as
possible.
NOTE: This
information may
have to travel from
you, to us, to an HR
Manager, and then
finally on to the
hiring manager.
Sometimes it can
take a while to get
feedback.
We will prepare
a submittal for
our client
following our
interview with
you.
Client Feedback
Client notifies us about your
candidacy after we make a submittal:
•Move forward – we will contact you to figure
out mutually convenient times to conduct the
initial client phone interview.
•Pass on – we will immediately inform you
because we respect your time.
Client Interviews
Keep in mind the purpose of each interview
with respect to the role you’re pursuing.
Please take ample time to prepare.
Before you speak or meet with the Client, we
would be happy to provide you with
consultation on what to expect during the client
interview.
Hunter Crown will manage the scheduling
process for all interviews.
Phone
Interviews
•May involve
multiple calls with
multiple parties
Face-to-face
Interviews
Client Communication
Hunter Crown’s Policy
To manage the relationship between
candidate and client throughout the
entirety of the process; from first contact
to hopeful hire.
Our policy is used to
streamline the process
and to prevent
anything from falling
through the cracks.
If you need to contact a
hiring manager directly,
please copy us on emails
or update us via phone
call.
We recommend sending
thank you emails or notes
as a phone or interview
follow up to help you
stand out.
We will help to facilitate
the communication if
there is extra information
post phone call or
interview to strengthen
your position.
Client Interview
Feedback
NOTE: Please recognize
that we may not have any
details that we can share
with you. This depends
upon the client.
Client notifies us about your
candidacy:
Move forward – we will inform when
an offer is made.
Pass on – we will immediately inform
you because we respect your time.
Offers
Any offers from the Client will be
made directly to you.
Upon receipt of an offer, please
contact Hunter Crown to discuss
your assessment of the offer.
Recommendation: do not accept any offer
immediately. Take the time to think through your
decision, as this is a crucial and potentially
life-changing decision.
Counteroffers
If you feel that some of
the terms of the offer do
not meet your needs, we
can advise you on how to
approach the client with a
counteroffer.
NOTE: We cannot advise you on
specific dollar amounts with
respect to compensation due to a
conflict of interest.
Acceptance of an Offer of
Employment
Upon hearing that an offer is accepted, we will
contact you to discuss your transition into your
next great opportunity.
Congratulations!
Points to Consider
Candidates NEVER
pay us to represent
them to our clients.
We are paid by the
client and, in turn,
work for the client.
We will perform a
drug, background,
and education
verification check on
all candidates. Please
be honest with us in
the beginning.
Let us know if you
have any causes of
concern, and we will
discuss what options
you have to present
yourself in the best
light.
Thank you!
We look forward to working with
you!
The Hunter Crown Team
