1. 1. Planning and designing the plant machinery, laboratory units, and workshop areas, energy
efficient systems, new production processes and operational sequences
2. Involved in plant and equipment procurement, developing the project specifications,
establishing Employers’ requirement for machinery and plant construction & installation, on-
site construction management, managing the project using engineering principles and
techniques considering the implications of cost, safety and time constraints
3. Reviewed design of manufacturing plant, process design including layout, P&ID (Process &
Instrumentation Diagrams) development, functional descriptions using particularly
mathematical modelling and computer-aided design; developing, testing and evaluating
theoretical designs; designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to
improve safety and reliability
4. Consultancy for the installation of all of the plant, machineries, subsystems for mechanical
(HVAC), plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, building envelopes, co-generation, utility
plants, sustainable systems, lighting, wastewater, controls, in new construction and
developing of checklists and verifying the sample of construction checklists and submittals
5. Coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and civil construction works by doing
negotiations with sub-contractors, suppliers, building architects and design engineers
6. Witnessed and verified construction by periodic site observations during the construction
phase, and performing commissioning functional testing of automated plants making sure a
product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating
environments

8. Selecting, purchasing, Installing and commissioning machineries such as Plant Machinery
(Spinning Cone Column, Decanter, Evaporator, Centrifuges, Aseptic Fillers, RO System,
Enzyme Inactivation System, Steamer and Spray Dryer) and Utility Machineries (Boiler,
Cooling Tower, NH3 Chillers, Process Water Treatment Plant, compressors, Waste Water
Treatment Plant), installation experience of MS, GI, CS, SS304, SS 316 Pipes and cold
insulation and hot insulation experience
9. Directed the technical staff including Fitters, welders and electricians
10. Fine tuning the plant according to the agreed parameters and trained the production staff
for machineries.
