This document discusses strategies for holding efficient, productive, interactive, and creative (E.P.I.C.) meetings. It describes different personality types ("HOTS" - Hares, Owls, Turtles, Squirrels) and how to structure meetings and assign roles accordingly. Specific tips provided include using sign-in sheets and agendas, incorporating icebreakers and discussions, and creating a legacy binder to organize materials for future meetings. The overall message is that applying these E.P.I.C. strategies can help meetings be more effective and leave a lasting impact.

consultants, litigation attorneys, and advertising writers

managers, mortgage brokers, and product salespeople.
5. TURTLES

7. Having a HOTS Meeting?
Best to have a variety and give specific roles:
Hare: brainstorms new ideas for projects, thinks outside
of the box…the idea generator.
Owl: takes ideas to another level, works with
implementation…the idea organizer.
Turtle: creates agenda, time-keeper, Robert’s Rules, order
and plans…the implementation planner.
Squirrel: runs, works, runs, passionate…the implementer.
