HANDS Institute of Community Development offers a three day training course on proposal writing from March 29-31, 2012 in Quetta, Pakistan. The training will cover key aspects of proposal writing like defining a project, developing objectives and strategies, creating a work plan and budget. It aims to help participants understand the proposal writing process and give them skills to effectively communicate with donors to secure project funding. The training is designed for development professionals and will use discussion, group work, presentations and English/Urdu materials. Participants must have a bachelor's or master's degree and the 5000 rupee fee includes all course materials.
