IMPORTANCE
• Proper checking and maintenance of
students notebook by the teachers is a very
essential task to ensure good teaching
practices.
• Notebook must showcase both qualitative
and quantitative work of the students.
IMPORTANCE
•Quality checking is of utmost important to
provide effective teaching and learning
feedback to students and teachers as well.
•All Fazaia Teachers are therefore requested
to adhere to the following instructions for
improve notebook checking practices.
• Date must be written on top left corner for
English and top right corner for Urdu subjects
as:

• Day must be written on top right corner for
English and top left corner for Urdu subjects as:

TOPIC /CENTER HEADING
• Top middle lines of the page may utilize for
topic and unit.
USE OF INK TYPE
• Answers must be written with blue ink
while for all others necessary information
like topic, questions and headings etc black
ink may be used
• PRIMARY AND PRE-PRIMARY
STUDENTS ARE TO USE PENCIL
ONLY.
• FOR CHECKING ‘BLACK INK’ IS TO
BE USED.
• FOR COUNTER-CHECKING ‘GREEN
INK’ IS TO BE USED.

• Class work and homework are to be
mentioned in the middle of the top line.
