GSD
Get Sh*t Done
A productivity framework for the Twenty-first Century
GSD is a framework for
people who need to
get shit done.
GSD will not help you
achieve self-
actualization.
You don’t need to buy
any books or tapes or
special software.
Here’s how it works:
1. Have shit to do?
2. Get your shit done.
3. Repeat.
Good examples of shit
 you need to do:
                                                    Hit your
File your tax return Test the next deadline
                                    development
                                      iteration
             Fix the glitch
Sleep
                              Respond to Make awesome
  Fire the guy who spends
     his workday reading
                               customer products
      productivity blogs questions
Bad examples of shit
  you need to do:
                                        Meetings without
Anything that hard time limits
 starts with Meetings without
 “Facebook” ironclad agendas Check email...
                                             again
Read the latest Tweet all day (Most meetings,
 productivity blog
                                            really)
Identify what you need
to do and what you
don’t need to do. Do
the former.
Now go get some shit
done already.
