Growth hacking is a marketing technique used by startups that focuses on creativity, data analysis, and social metrics to gain customers and exposure. It involves rapidly testing ideas through prototypes and measuring results to iterate quickly. Some key aspects of growth hacking include having an awesome product, thinking creatively, understanding viral growth loops, seeking major changes not just improvements, and being prepared to fail many times. Successful growth hacking examples include LinkedIn allowing public profiles to boost search engine results, YouTube making it easy to embed videos, and Airbnb contacting people with listings on Craigslist. Qualities of a good growth hacker include problem-solving skills, ambition, understanding users, discipline, coding ability, and bravery in testing bold ideas.

You're Too Focused on Product/Market Fit - Brian Balfour at SaaSFest 2016Price Intelligently
Over the past ten years, software gurus have been preaching the notion that you need to find product/market fit. Balfour presents an extremely cogent argument that because of the speed of technology now, this advice is no longer valid. In reality, you need to find market, product, channel, model fit (in that order). Balfour lays out his argument in this presentation at Price Intelligently's SaaSFest 2016 by cataloging his experience over his career and view of the market.
As companies look for ways to grow their user base quickly and at scale, they've turned to the growth strategies made popular by companies like AirBnB, Quora, Facebook and others. Growth Hacking at its core is the discipline of marrying product features with distribution tactics to get massive user growth with very little paid marketing spend. This presentation reviews popular growth hacking case studies, how you can evaluate your product for growth hack opportunities, and how to get your team and product focused on growth for 2013.

Get inside your Buyers Head - Improve Funnel Conversion RatesDavid Skok
SaaStock 2018 Dublin.
Everyone wants more sales. In this presentation, David Skok unlocks the secrets to how he has been able to work with company after company and help them discover breakthroughs that drastically improve their conversion rates. The secret behind it all is become a master at understanding how your buyer thinks as they go through their purchasing journey, and as they experience your marketing and sales.
There are seven key stages in a startup’s evolution from $0m to $50m in revenue. Understanding where you are in that evolution, and how to act at each stage is critical for success, as what is appropriate at one stage is not appropriate at another stage. David will lay out the roadmap, and detail the keys to success at each stage. The talk is aimed at technical/product founders plus their sales, marketing & product executives who are responsible for the go-to-market strategy for their company.

From a talk given at SaaStock 2017 in Dublin, this slide deck covers the three stages of a startup, the most important question founders should be asking to ensure survival/success, and how to build and scale a sales funnel.

Presented at ETECH Entrepreneurship Elective for the MBAs this Easter term on Monday 22nd April and Wednesday 1st May 2013. Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning

#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
class Singleton
{
private:
static bool instanceFlag;
static Singleton *single;
Singleton()
{
//private constructor
}
public:
static Singleton* getInstance();
void method();
~Singleton()

instanceFlag = false;
}
};
bool Singleton::instanceFlag = false;
Singleton* Singleton::single = NULL;
Singleton* Singleton::getInstance()

instanceFlag = true;
return single;
}
else

}
int main()
{
Singleton *sc1,*sc2;
sc1 = Singleton::getInstance();
sc1->method();
sc2 = Singleton::getInstance();
sc2->method();
return 0;
}
Explanation
If we create any object of this class then the static object (player) will be returned and assigned to the new object.
Finally only one object will be there. The point is not how many times something gets executed, the point is, that the work is done by a single instance of the the class. This is ensured by the class method Singleton::getInstance().
As you can see in the above code,Client can access any instance of the singleton only through the getInstance() method.Once an instance is created,the instanceFlag value becomes true and then any further objects pointers created will be given the reference to the same object that has been created.
Also,make sure you notice the presence of a private constructor.This ensures that no new objects of the class are created and that all the class pointers get the same reference to work on.
Do you need a practical guide and how-to checklist for starting your growth hacking efforts? Learn how to build your growth funnel, how to run experiments, how to track your key growth metrics, how to identify your points of leverage, what tools to invest in, how to think like a growth hacker, and how to build your growth hacking team.
