1. Organic channels – Below are the channels required for customer acquisition –
SEO, Social Media, Email marketing and App Store optimization
SEO – It should be done for higher ranking on Google search for mobile Recharge &
Related keywords for driving traffic to snapdeal app and website.
Social media – Snapdeal social media handle should highlight Mobile Recharge
Features on Regular basis to drive quality traffic.

Email Marketing – Regular Email Messages to registered users for mobile Recharges
should be done.
ASO – Mobile Recharge & other related keywords should be optimized which will give
snapdeal higher ranking on the app store and drive quality traffic for mobile Recharge.
2. Paid Channels – Social Media ads, Display Ads and SEM can be used to drive
Traffic to website/App for Mobile Recharge.
Retention/Referral (for existing users)
1. Retargeting through Email Communication – Users who have already using
app or website can be retargeted through emails
2. A/B Testing – Different variants with precise CTA to be tried & Tested for
mobile Recharge on app /website. The variant which gives better results to be
integrated as new version.
3. Pop up notifications – Existing App users can be communicated for mobile
Recharge
4. Retargeting – Adobe Target tools can be used to display Recharge options
when users revisit the site based on recent Recharge done.
5. Referral – Discounts, coupon codes can be used to incentivize referrals for
mobile Recharge on app/website.
