1. Organic channels: SEO, Social media and email marketing, app store optimization
SEO should be done for high ranking on google search for “mobile recharge” & related keywords
which will drive traffic to the Snapdeal app & website
Social Media: Social media handles for Snapdeal should highlight mobile recharge feature on a
regular basis to drive quality traffic
Email Marketing: Email communication to registered users for mobile recharges should be done
ASO: “Mobile recharge” & other related keywords should be optimized which will give Snapdeal
app a higher ranking on the app store & drive quality traffic for mobile recharge
2. Paid channels: SEM, Display Ads, Social Media Ads- These can be used to create awareness as
well as to drive traffic to the app/website for mobile recharge
Retention, Referral (for existing users)
1. Retargeting through email communication: Users who have already recharged one using the
app can be retargeted through emails.
2. A/B testing for mobile recharge on the homepage/homescreen: Different variants with clear
CTAs to be tried on the app/website. The variant which gives the best conversion can be
chosen as the control version
3. Pop up notifications on app: These can be used to convert existing app users for mobile
recharge
4. Retargeting: Display recharge option when user revisits the site based on the most recent
recharge done using tools like Adobe Target
5. Referral: Discounts, coupon codes can be used to incentivize referrals for mobile recharge
on the app/website

Response Acquisition 1. Organic channels: SEO, Social media and email marketing, app store optimization SEO should be done for high ranking on google search for “mobile recharge” & related keywords which will drive traffic to the Snapdeal app & website Social Media: Social media handles for Snapdeal should highlight mobile recharge feature on a regular basis to drive quality traffic Email Marketing: Email communication to registered users for mobile recharges should be done

Paid channels: SEM, Display Ads, Social Media Ads- These can be used to create awareness as well as to drive traffic to the app/website for mobile recharge Retention, Referral (for existing users) 1. Retargeting through email communication: Users who have already recharged one using the app can be retargeted through emails. 2. A/B testing for mobile recharge on the homepage/homescreen: Different variants with clear CTAs to be tried on the app/website. The variant which gives the best conversion can be chosen as the control version 3. Pop up notifications on app: These can be used to convert existing app users for mobile recharge 4. Retargeting: Display recharge option when user revisits the site based on the most recent recharge done using tools like Adobe Target 5.
