Simple use case
Objective: Customers need to maintain a minimum balance in
their accounts.
Use case: When the money is withdrawn from the account and
the remaining balance is less than the permissible limit, then
the system should issue a guideline to the customer to
maintain the minimum balance, so that they can avoid
penalties.
