Group Norms

For our group norms the main thing that we know that we must to do cooperate
effectively and without conflicts is treat others with respect. The reason that this is such a
major part is because if we do not respect each other there is no way that we will ever get work
done or even be able to communicate.

The next thing that we must do to work efficiently as a group is to divide the work up
evenly. Although, this seems to be a bit of a problem right now. The problem is that it seems
the students at Fremd and the students at Conent have different due dates for different things.
So, as of right now, the Conant students in my group do not seem to be doing as much work as
the Fremd students because of their later due dates. Obviously, this problem needs to be
addressed, otherwise we may not be able to get along later in the process of this project.

My hope is that we will all be able to abide by this and be able to treat each other with
respect and dignity. It would also be nice if all five of us would be able to set up a time, when
appropriate, to share ideas, and progression on assignments so we will be able to better our
time working together.
